Flour - Atta - Gluten Free Emmer Wheat

100% organic flour, it yields about 1/5th the regular wheat, hence the price is higher. This is an ancient emmer type of wheat. Regular wheat has approx 13% gluten while this variety, sona moti, has about 2-3%.
